‘I did what most of us did during these weird as sh*t times – watched a lot of cute dog videos, read a lot of books, drank a lot of wine and ordered in A LOT of food.’

‘Six months and ten kilos later … jeez. I mean food and wine is awesome. And comforting, and HELLYES to eating for enjoyment, especially in the anxiety ridden times were all in.’

While the idea of eating, drinking and enjoying herself was initially pleasant for Megan, the reality star said it became a ‘coping mechanism’ and she ended up ‘feeling sh*tty and sluggish’.

The blonde bombshell, who appeared on the 2016 season of the reality show before starring on The Bachelor In Paradise, added she had been working hard to get her ‘mojo back’ to let her ‘mind and body feel good’, as well as find better alternatives to dealing with stress.
